About me

Strong Not Skinny

Having suffered from low self esteem as i Teenager ended up developing an eating disorder and depression.

The only thing that made me feel better was exercise, the feeling of fitness and the high after a workout made me fall in love with exercise and was my daily medicine for my mental health.

I battled with this for years and undergoing fertility treatment due to my poor nutrition and low body fat.

Only after this experience did i then study Nutrition and started building a strong mind and body through Nutrition and Strength Training ditching the daily cardio for weights instead.
