Berry and pear smoothie bowl

This is my yummy tea

No kids so I’m having a smoothie bowl as I had eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast

This delicious meal is pear and berry

I blended a strawberry protein shake with berry powder, blueberries and half a pear

Topped with

Chai seeds

Sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds

Half a pear sliced

With a drizzle of honey

3 dates

A drizzle of coconut yogurt

A drizzle of peanut butter
