Day 1 Moodfit diet plan
So after 4 days over the hols with bottles of drink not glasses and 3 course meals with sugar laiden desserts I didn’t sleep for 5 days probably due to all of the sugar and alcohol was consumed finally slept last night and so glad to get back to no processed sugar very little alcohol lots of fruit, veg, grains, good fats, lean meat and low fat unsweetened diary.
