Day 8 diet going down
So yeah started off good
Brekkie museli, yogurt, nuts and seeds
Banana for snack
Lunch forgot so grabbed a bar
#wildbar love these especially the nut and seed one but then had another snack not good to keep me going until after horseriding

Home and knackered so made girls tagliatelle and I had some left overs all together left over chickpeas and the chicken casserole from night before, no food waste in this house and no hassle making Lunch just always use leftovers.

Always tastes nicer the following night
