Leftover lunch

Every night I always have leftovers from the kids tea so I throw this into a lunch box with some salad and something else so it was sausages and Mash and veg for tea and the sausages were turkey so a lot lower in fat. I chopped up the sausage and mixed in with some quinoa and buckwheat which is full of protein and low in fat and boosts energy as well easy fast and sustainable lunch.
