Spicy sweet snack

I love pumpkin seeds so thought I’d spice them up for Halloween 🎃 so I toasted them in a frying pan love hearing them pop .

Then I mixed 1 tsp of honey 🍯 and 1 tsp of cinnamon then spread out on a baking sheet and put in the oven.

Bake in oven for about 10- 15 mins max 180 then allow to cool and store away. Be careful though they are yummy so take a portion out of the jar rather than standing there munching away as you may see the bottom sooner than you thought.

so these are a healthy snacks with metabolism boosting cinnamon and natural sugars of honey but same as anything eat too many and you will put on weight.
