Sometimes you just get tired and can’t understand why or why you feel down when you are happy. Feeling overwhelmed by all the things you need to tackle but no energy for them.
I love being outside enjoying the sunshine it jumping in puddles in rain with the kids. But this doesn’t get anything done or anything ticked off your list.
So how do you get the balance? I don’t know! I just try to get into a routine to try and keep on top of things and be more organised I wil eventually get there. Once I start to dig through my never ending list of things I need to do I know I will become more energised as I get things off my list and things start to feel less suffocating and like I can breath again. No matter what you have or how happy you are you can still become depressed the low energy, not wanting to go out or do things, can’t get up in the mornings always late, what do you do change something. I need to get up earlier and do my exercises but also need to get to bed earlier in order to do this everything has a knock on effect and you can become trapped in a vicious circle you just need to change one thing to break it and bring you back to equilibrium and a mindful place you can start building your energy and motivation up again.
Be strong, be happy, be positive, embrace change and use negativity to grow as a person to be the best version of yourself and love who you are x
